Spinach and Goat Cheese Frittata

 

 

This frittata is probably one of the easiest recipes you will ever make. You literally just whisk the eggs, top it with spinach and crumbled goat cheese and bake. There are a couple secret ingredients in here you will not expect, but trust me, it gives it a little extra something that will totally keep your guests in suspense.

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ounce fresh spinach
  • 2 ounces goat cheese crumbled

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, mustard and spices in a mixing bowl. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
  2. Sprinkle in spinach and then crumble goat cheese right on top.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until it is firm when you shake the pan. Cut into 6 portion sizes.

      I dont list nutrition facts but you can figure it out by entering all the ingredients Into the food Calculator at webmd.com
