Ingredients
Crema
- 1/3 cup Nonfat Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 ounces Stilton Blue Cheese
Cauliflower
- 1 Whole Head of Cauliflower, cut into Florets
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1/4 cup Sriarcha
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt and Cracked Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Crema
- Combine all ingredients leaving big chunks of cheese still intact. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
Cauliflower
- Toss cauliflower in olive oil and salt. Roast on baking sheet at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl. Drizzle over cauliflower and toss together. Roast for 5 more minutes. Serve warm with crema.
