Jalapeno Mint Relish

If you really want to take that Lamb and Beef Stout Chili recipe up a notch, this relish is the perfect compliment. It has a refreshing taste from the mint and a bit of a kick with the fresh jalapeno. You can also serve this with a rack of lamb, on any white flaky fish or mix it in with some couscous to compliment a Mediterranean dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Red Onion, diced
  • 1 Red pepper Diced
  • 2 Jalapeno Pepper, de-seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup Mint, finely chopped
  • 1 Lime Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Red Onion, diced
  • 1 Red Pepper, diced
  • 2 Jalapeno Pepper, de-seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup Mint, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in a medium bowl and serve.
