Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 chicken thighs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients of sauce, set aside.
- Heat olive oil in pan over medium high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken until golden brown on both sides while glazing with sauce each time you flip, about 10 minutes per side or until it reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees
