Ingredients
- 1 Watermelon Slice, 1.5 inches thick
- 6 ounces Greek Feta
- 1/4 cup Pine nuts, toasted
- 2 teaspoons Honey, drizzle
- 18 Mint leaves
Instructions
- Set grill on high. Brush each side of slice with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill 3-4 minutes per side or until there are light char marks on each side.
- Place slice on cutting board. Top with pine nuts and feta. Drizzle with honey. Cut into 6 triangles.
